Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

Distance to the route " Malerweg" already after approximately 7 walking minutes, first panoramic views after 5 minutes. Unsere Ferienwohnung auf unserem ehemaligen Bauernhof ist mit 50 qm und separatem Eingang für 2 bis 3 Gäste geeignet. Interessieren Sie sich für das bäuerliche Leben vergangener Generationen, sind Sie herzlich in unser kleines Bauernmuseum eingeladen. Von der Terrasse können Sie den schönen Ausblick zum Lilienstein und über das Elbtal zu den Bärensteinen und den Rauenstein genießen.

We offer two separate holiday flats with parking lot, which can be rented during the whole year. Both dwellings can be approached senior suitable and without stairs. In front of each accomodation a cosy lounge awaits you, in which you can spend a beautiful evening at the BBQ. Bicycles for bike tours are available for our guests.

Holiday house in central and calm setting with beautiful panoramic view. The house consists of 3 separate vacation homes with balcony or terrace and one comfortable double room for breakfast. Cosy sheltered BBQ place with billiard room available. A store, bakery and cafe house are just few walking minutes away.

Our non-smoking apartment offers comfort and relaxation. It is in a quiet area, at ground level and has a separate entrance. With two bedrooms and a kitchen, it is very suitable for both couples and families.
In less than 5 minutes you are in the forest and there are many opportunities for beautiful hikes or short walks around. On the terrace with barbecue and view on the Zschirnstein or at the fireplace you can conclude the (hiking) day comfortably.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich im Ortskern von Stadt Wehlen, direkt an der Elbe und am zentralen Parkplatz. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Sie können von Wehlen aus auch mit dem Dampfschiff in Richtung Dresden oder Böhmische Schweiz fahren. Von unseren Wohnungen können Sie in die 1. und 2. Etappe des Malerweges einsteigen.
