The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Die Porschendorfer Mühle liegt am Rande der Sächsischen Schweiz in Porschendorf, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach. Unsere Wohnungen sind hell und freundlich mit massiven Kiefernholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung umfasst Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, sowie eine gemütliche Essecke. Die Bäder entsprechen einem modernen sanitären Standart. Jede Wohnung ist mit TV und Telefon ausgestattet.

Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.
